Until now, I have made herbal tinctures from various flowers, but the scent of herbal tinctures using shell ginger is exceptional 💖

By all means, we asked for brown sugar shochu that brings out the wonderful scent of shell ginger so that everyone can use it, and with the cooperation of Setouchi Sake Sales, a store specializing in brown sugar shochu, we chose three types of brown sugar shochu. <> (Three types of content were posted on the previous blog)

For each brown sugar shochu, chopped dry and fresh herbs 🌿 were packed in each bottle, and after a aging period of one month, we went to Amami Oshima with the bottle and headed for Setouchi Sake Sales!

At that time, I opened the bottle in the shop and had the owners, Takuya and Takako, feel the scent of each herb tincture …

A friend of mine who lives in Kakeromajima and a Spanish person happened to come into the store, so I asked them to feel the scent together …
