The cooperation with this monitor is to try the prototype tincture and post the monitor report on your Facebook page to share your experiences and impressions.

The shell ginger tincture you try is a tincture that combines natural shell ginger collected from the remote island of the Amami Islands, “Kakeroma Island,” and brown sugar shochu, which is produced only in Amami.

Tincture is generally made from white liquor or absolute ethanol diluted with purified water, but brown sugar shochu is suitable for making tincture because many of them have an alcohol content of 35% or higher.

Wouldn’t it be more attractive if Amami’s delicious brown sugar shochu and shell ginger were combined? I came up with the idea, and with the cooperation of a local brown sugar shochu expert, I decided to make a prototype.
